In response to a recent donation request from the Mayor’s office, Green Light International Trust (GLIT) took meaningful action rooted in compassion and responsibility.
Yesterday, GLIT donated six mobility devices to support people with disabilities—devices that represent far more than physical assistance. For the recipients, they mean movement, independence, dignity, and hope.

For many people with disabilities, limited access to mobility devices restricts not only movement but also participation in everyday life. A single device can open doors to education, healthcare, social interaction, and self-worth. GLIT believes that restoring mobility is also about restoring confidence and inclusion.
In making this donation, GLIT would like to clearly state that its support for the Mayor’s social services to people with disabilities is purely humanitarian. It is not driven by any political agenda, affiliation, or personal gain. Our commitment is—and has always been—to assist those in need, wherever that need exists.
The Mayor expressed appreciation upon receiving the devices and GLIT’s organizational documentation, noting a shared vision of continued collaboration built on unity and compassion. This moment reinforced a simple truth: when institutions work together with genuine intent, lives can change.
At GLIT, we remain committed to serving vulnerable communities with integrity, humility, and love. We believe that support offered with a sincere heart has the power to move more than bodies—it moves lives forward.
